Collins College Students Experience the Industry at the NRA Show in Chicago
Twenty students were awarded the Experience the Industry scholarship and had the opportunity to attend the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show, the largest annual gathering of the restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industry.
The event brought over 60,000 attendees and visitors from all over the world and showcases products, services, innovative ideas and other growth opportunities for professionals. Students were able to walk the show floor and gain industry exposure as exhibitors.
While in the Windy City for the NRA Show, students got to explore Chicago, one of the largest restaurant hubs in the nation.
“The NRA show is a wonderful opportunity for students to find their niche in the industry,” says Dean Lea Dopson. "This scholarship opportunity opens doors for our future industry leaders."
